What's for dinner 9/11/2010: meatloaf

Today I decided to make a meatloaf...it smelled so good.  I served it with roasted fingerling potatoes & corn on the cob.  I don't have a recipe, I just eyeball it but this is what I put in my meatloaf.

1 1/2 lb ground beef (I got the stuff from Trader Joe's)
1 egg
fresh bread crumbs

mix all your ingredients, shape in a loaf and bake at 350 for about 60 minutes.

For my potatoes I wash them, quarter them, add some olive oil & spices and roast with my meatloaf!

There you have it..meatloaf the Feingold way!  Nothing fancy but YUMMY and it made my house smell so good.
